 If you are wondering if it’s possible to use our design but not purchase a kit from us, In a limited number of cases,for self build house plans for planning applications, or ‘off-the-peg’ planning drawings we may be able to offer you the chance to purchase a Licence Agreement from us.  This legal  document would allow a named self-builder individual to use or modify our supplied planning drawings for self builders, to obtain planning Permission and Building Reg approval for one specified house only at one specified site.
